Summer 2014 Pics

I finally took the girls out and got some new pictures! They are growing so fast and I wish I could capture every little moment so I can remember it forever!

The White Cowboy Hat

We have a special cowboy hat that we bought for my step dad Rex right before I married Justin.

I took some of my bridals in it for to surprise him with.

We had to make sure he didn't see any of those pictures and right before my wedding we gave him the hat and the pictures. I asked him if he would wear it to my wedding...

When Isabella had her newborns taken, we had her pictures taken with the hat.. She may or may not have peed in it..

Katelynn also took pictures with the hat. She looks so tiny snuggled up to it...

Rex has always been the father figure in my life. He has always been there for me. He has supported me and loved me. He is the best grandfather I could ever hope for my girls to have.

I'm so grateful that we have pictures of all these special events in my life with that hat.

Katelynn's Newborn Pictures

I am so in love with these pictures! They were taken by Bloom Photography by Kim. She was so amazing to work with and has a real talent for working with tiny babies. I highly recommend her!

Katelynn was so good for pictures and was super sleepy. Bella loved being in some of the photos with her!  Love love love!

New Pictures

Skye asked me to take pictures of her girls in their dance costumes and Jaden with his guitar. Yesterday was the perfect day for taking pictures. It was mostly overcast but still warm. We went to the train station.

Her kids are SO photogenic. It was easy to get good pictures of them. Plus there is this door, the magic door. Seriously the lighting is so good by it. So we take lots of pictures there. Especially cause I have no idea what I'm doing. Ha ha.

Jaden started playing guitar a few years ago and he is so good. I'm so proud of him!

Family Pictures!

Today we had our pictures taken despite having a black eye. Seriously people, it's bad! Bella and Justin were goofing around and Bella flung her head backwards right into my face. The weather is supposed to take a turn for the worst after today so we decided to just go for it and I could try to touch it up in Photoshop if I had to. Well, you can barely tell in the pictures and definitely not enough that I'm going to worry about touching them up. Hallelujah! And to think I almost canceled family pictures. I love them! Thanks so much Sierra!
